There are several tools available for developing automated forms for self-represented litigants. We’ll discuss the benefits and challenges of working with each. We’ll explore funding methods, content (legal advice versus legal information; plain language), staff training, evaluation techniques, exciting technological developments, and implementation challenges for forms projects.
